She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Smith and Helen Smith. She is survived by: her children, Christine Wordlaw (Rod), Karen Shapiro (Alan) and Peter Boltwood (Paige); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Nathan, Katharine Noa and John Tyler; and her friends, Ellen Stern and Maureen Davio. She is also survived by three brothers, three sisters and their spouses; many nephews and nieces; and her very loving caretakers.
