He was predeceased by: his son Anthony; and his siblings, Josephine Cutaia and Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Carl C. (Courtney), Michael (Jennifer), Cynthia Ostrosky (Ian) and Joseph (Jenine); and his grandchildren, Aiden, Maya, Knox, Amelia, Paige, Spencer and Kaelyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Willard H. Scott Funeral Home (12 South Ave, Webster, NY 14580).
