He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Herbst and Jack Beh (George A. Herbst). He is survived by: his wife Michele; his children, Chris (Kelly) and Jeremy (Danielle); his grandchildren, Melinda, Scarlet, Declan, Samantha, Jenna and Taylor; and his siblings, Michael (Connie), Milan (Gail), Gary (Patty), Danny, Peggy Daly (Scott), Jim (Anne Marie), Joe (Mary) and Mary Beth Kujawa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
