She was predeceased by: her husband John; her son Jeffrey; and her brother Francis. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Forward, Jayne Mowry (Chris), W. James Forward (Renee), Joy Krokenberger (Al) and Julie Forward; her siblings, Lois Herbert and Gerald Forward; and also, Kay Reagan, Mary Ruth Richardson, Carol Germuga, Patty Chilson, George Vick (Janice), Carol Vick and Curtice. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
