He was predeceased by: his son Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jennifer Fleming, Elizabeth Settle (John), Katherine Thurston, Matthew, Daniel Barie (Esther), Terri Carver (Franz) and Michael Barie (Wendy); his grandchildren, Amalia, Alex, Aedan, Katie, Ryan, Kelly and Christian; and his sister Gail Glevicky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
