She was predeceased by: her parents, Joannes Klugt and Cornelia van der Klugt; her husband Rudolf Bazelmans; and her siblings, Martien van der Klugt (Atie), Jan van der Klugt (Margreet) and Corrie van Teylingen (Kees).

She is survived by: her sister Ada (Ben) of Ruijter.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions to the Marthas through St. Paul's Church (https://www.stpaulsrcc.org) or to the Alzheimer's Research & Prevention Foundation.

“When my sister let me know that Ann had passed, I felt moved to reach out and let you know that my heart is with you all, especially during this time. Surely, Ann will be missed by many. I remember Ann as a warm and bubbly person who was caring to all. I’ve been living out of state for many years now but if I were near, I would be honoring your mom's life today with you in Webster, and so, with a heavy heart from my family, I am sending your family my heartfelt condolences.
