She was predeceased by: her parents, David Mellen and Millicent Mellen; and her siblings, Dorothy Soderberg, Richie Mellen, Sharon Lapier and Arletta Stein.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne K. Barton of Victory Mills; her children, Daniel Barton, Jennifer Bruneau (Todd) and Joseph Barton; and her siblings, Mike Mellen (Josie), James Mellen (Donna) and Patti Booth (Mark) of Victory Mills. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid restrictions, only 30 people will be allowed in the funeral home at a time and masks will be required.
