She was predeceased by: her sons, Wayne Parrotte, Jr. and Gregory Parrotte; and her siblings, John Stacey and Anita Seaman. She is survived by: her parents, John Stacey and Nettie Stacey (Tamer); her husband Wayne Parrotte of Plattsburgh; her children, Anita Debbie of Florida, Timothy Parrotte, Tonya Parrotte of Ellenburg Depot, Paul Parrotte and Julie Parrotte of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Shawn Parrotte, Jarrod Parrotte, Stephanie Pandal, Meghan Debbie, Elizabeth Parrotte and Emma Guerin; her great grandchildren, Ryan Debbie and Andrew Davis; and also Bob Debbie of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
