She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Armstrong and Grace McClure Williams; her husband Wayne R. Wagner; and her siblings, Donald Williams, Ed Williams, Lillian Williams, Mildred Rose and Ruth Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Wagner (Cheryl) of Cape Corel, FL, Kenneth W. Wagner (Sue) of Morrisville, NY, Stephen W. Wagner (Kathy) of Hershey, PA, James E. Wagner (Sara) of Freemont, OH, Susan C. Baldwin (Steve) of Hinsdale, Donald R. Wagner (Hiram Nieves) of Cleveland, AL and Linda M. Hollamby of Olean. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren & one great great Grandsons as well as several cousins.
