Glenda Gigi Siglin left this world on June 18, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Geiser Winkler and Leo Carl Geiser. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Cooke; her children, Susan Baker (Bernard), Bambi Johnson (Travis) and Carl Siglin (Dawn); her stepchildren, Liza Bellaire (Craig), Virginia Schrader (Adam), Thomas Cooke Jr., Leandra Cooke, Brandy Cooke, Mike Cooke, Barbie Lynk-Cooke, Jenifer Lynk-Cooke and Sabrina Carey-Cooke; her grandchildren, Jennifer Siglin, Judah Baker (Elyse), Cory Siglin, Hannah Lucia (Joe), Becca Theismann (Andrew), Brittany Ford (Nathan), Ashlynn Smith and Cody Smith; her great grandchildren, Ariel, Audrey, Isabelle Baker, Samuel, Noah and Liam Lewis; and her brother Norman Geiser (Patricia). She is also survived by nieces & nephews and many brother & sister-in-laws.

“Glenda and I go back almost 80 years. Elmira Heights was a wonderful place to grow up. We got along like best friends- I have a photo of us in the airplane our class built when we were in 3rd grade at Elmira Heights old school- the wooden one. Happy times continued when we went to tap dance lessons on the city bus with our tap and ballet slippers in their case at The Ferguson Dance School downtown. Friendship continued through graduation. Years passed and we went on separate paths.”
