He was predeceased by: his parent Lyle S.. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth E. Owen (Small); his wife Patricia; his son James; his siblings, Harlan Owen (Aileen), David Owen (Carol) and Beverly Owen; and his sister-in-law Carmella. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
