With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William C. Stephens (Wayland, New York), who passed away on May 17, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Stephens and Phyllis J. Stephens (Washburn); and his siblings, Debra Sue Stephens and Mark E. Stephens. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Hart (Russell), Susan Rawleigh (Joseph), Jeffrey Stephens (Debra), Cathy Bowen (Keith), Jerry Stephens (Linda Smith), Gary Stephens, Connie Azzi (Randy), Robin Keller (Ron), Lisa Stephens, Amy Chadwick (Chad) and Karen Stephens; and his friends, Charlie and Barb Rathburn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.
