He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Applin and Winifred Applin; and his wife Mary Bolton Applin. He is survived by: his sisters, Muriel Mitchell of Walden, NY and Carolyn Congdon (John) of Tucson, AZ; his children, Theodore Lee Applin (Fran) of Wayland, NY, Kenneth Applin (Ethel) of Sparta, NY, Chris Applin (late June) of Wayland, NY, Jeanie Smith (late Rodger) of Geneseo, NY and Shelley Pletcher (Dan) of Romulus, NY; his grandchildren, Terrie Conklin, Leanne Roadcap, Mandy Applin and Brian Applin; and his great grandchildren, Kirstyn, Katie and Bryce Applin.
