He was predeceased by: his father Roy Finch; his parents-in-law, William and Anna Weiand; his daughter-in-law Sara Finch; his brother-in-law John Palmer Sr.; his brother Bruce; and his sister-in-law Carol Niven.
He is survived by: his mother Eloise Finch (Didas) of Wayland; his wife Deborah Finch of Wayland; his sons, Nicholas Finch of Wayland and Jan Michael Finch of Wayland; his grandchildren, Saddie Mae, Hollyn and Roy; and his siblings, Sheila Palmer of Wayland and Mike Finch (Kathy) of Wayland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
