She was predeceased by: her grandfather Douglas Smith; and her uncle Charles Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Derek Clark and Maria Smith; her grandparents, Lisa Clark (Steve Pasquali) and Elmond Clark (Sherry); her aunts, Kristi Longbine (Jay), Jessica Williams (Garrett), Alicia Clark, Kasey Bricks (Leo) and Angie Freas; her uncle Patrick Mullen (Amy); her great-grandparents, Edward Jr., Sandy Freas and Mary Clark; and her cousins, Nathan Longbine, Gage Butters, Rayna Krise, Haylen Mullen, Ethan Clark, Kendra Barnhardt, Carter Chabot, Lexi Williams and Lincoln Bricks. She is also survived by many cousins & friends.
While on funeral home property, the state requires that everyone wear a facial covering and that social distancing is maintained; we also ask that there be no congregating in the parking lot at any time for any reason.
