She was predeceased by: her father George R. Chapmen; her son Joseph W. Conklin; her brother Christopher G. Hughes; and her grandparents, Orlo C. and Helen C. Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy J. Conklin Jr. and Nickole M. Glick (Andrew P.); her grandchildren, Timothy Joseph Conklin, Alainnah Katie-Grace Glick and Daniel Ryan Glick; her brother Raymond J. Angelo Jr.; and her stepchildren, Mandy Segur and Taylor Segur. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
