She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Akins and Madeline Akins (Dennis); her stepson Bryan Mehlenbacher; and her siblings, David Akins and Patricia Fetherston.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Mehlenbacher of Wayland; her sons, Jeff Leibenguth (Patti Moulthrop) of Greece and Randy Leibenguth (Laurie) of Wayland; her stepchildren, Vicky Rex (Bob) of Dansville, Robert Mehlenbacher (Melinda) of Gainesville, NY, Ronald Mehlenbacher (Angel) of Castile and Ryan Mehlenbacher (Cassie) of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Raquel Holloway (Roger), Matthew, Stephen Rex, William Rex (Len), Alicia Panneerselvam (Lo), Melissa Hull (Sam), Marc Mehlenbacher (Niki), Breanne Thielges (Ray IV) and Emily Moulthrop; her great grandchildren, Victoria, Mia, Mila and Max; her brother Lyle Akins (Joan) of Hammondsport; her sisters-in-law, Linda Graham (Larry) and Nancy Smith; her niece Ashley Waight (Todd); her great-niece Autumn; and her great-nephew Ty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
