He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay David and Daisy Dickerman (Stout); his son Mark; and his grandsons, Aaron and John.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Sabins (Towner); his children, John Sabins (Bonnie), Diane Austin (Doug), Bonnie Burdin (Jack), Brenda Sabins, Leon Sabins (Lillian), Richard Sabins (Malinda) and Amber Willis; and his nephew Danny (Sandy). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren.
