He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy B. Sr. Bennett and Mildred Bennett (Sisson); his sister Marion Johnson; and his wife Anita Bennett. He is survived by: his children, Guy Brooks Bennett (Heidi) of Wayland, Joanne Bennett of Wayland and James Bennett (Barb) of Wayland; his grandchildren, Kristin Conway (Walter), Brooke Balbuena (John), Samantha Bennett of Wayland, Zachary Bennett of Wayland, Ryan Bennett (Katrina Siegfried) and Elyse Bennett of Wayland; his stepgranddaughters, Cindy Sick (Brian), Erika Thornton (Andrew) and Samantha Mott (Kyle); his brother-in-law Carl Johnson of Carlisle; his cousin Lyle Sisson Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Esther "Kay" Thomsen, Barbara Brooks, Lois Brooks Brownell Vagneur of Delta and Sandra Brooks of Unadilla, NY.. He is also survived by 9 step great-grandchildren.
