He is survived by: his wife Edith Bill of Wayland; his children, DeeAnna Bill of Wayland, Jeffery Bill of Springwater and Debra Williams (Josh) of Caledonia; his grandchildren, Brent, Ryan, John, Ashlyn, James, Melissa, Christina, Olivia and Mattie; and his siblings, Judith Becker of Dansville, Eileen Blake of Dansville, Richard Bill (Paula) of Dansville, Reginald Stephens (Julie), Milton Stephens (Sharon) of Livonia, Belmont "Bud" Stephens (Jacquie) of Wayland, Linda Brown (John) of Wayland, Rudy Stephens (Theresa) of Wayland, Wayne Stephens (Val), Gail Stephens of Dansville, Daniel Stephens (Pat) of Wayland and Paulette Stephens. He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews.
