Elaine T. Sweeney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine T. Sweeney of Wayland, New York, who passed away on January 12, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Marinetti and Josephine Marinetti. She is survived by: her children, Richard Thomas Sweeney II (Meredith) and Meghan Sarkis (Richard E.); the father of her children Richard Thomas Sweeney; her grandchildren, Madeline, Grace Menz, Dylan Sweeney, Alexander and Julian Sarkis; her sister Kathryn Capierseho (David); and her uncle Richard Klein. She is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in her memory.
