He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Bowker; and his brothers, Daniel and Terry Bowker. He is survived by: his mother Helen "Pat" Bowker (Davies); his wife Dianna "Diane" Bowker (Bellis); his children, Barbara Gardner (Daniel), Savannah Rawleigh and Dana Rawleigh; his stepdaughter Bobbi Smalt (Eric); his grandchildren, Johannah Gardner, Peyton Rawleigh, Samantha and Nathan Smalt; and his sister Dawn James (Jonathan). He is also survived by many nieces & cousins.
