He is survived by: his mother Barbara Earley (Chapman) of Atlanta; his children, David Earley (Tammy) of Atlanta, Raymond Earley (Lisa) of Atlanta and Billie Jo Bracy (Richard) of Dansville; his siblings, Mark Earley (Wanda) of Avoca, Ruth Shedrick (Raymond) of Cohocton, Roxanne Barnhart (Skip) of Cohocton, Gowanda Earley (Chrissy Schlageter) of Atlanta, Tammy Earley (Jeff Smith) of Bath and Candy Demers of Vermont; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Michaela, Austin, Felicity, Dylain, Katelyn, Brett, Billy and Autumn. He is also survived by his great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
