He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Adams and Mabel Ford Adams; his daughter Angela Adams; and his siblings, Craig Adams and Pamela.

He is survived by: his wife Regie Adams of Waverly; and his daughter Dr. Jennifer Delozier.
