He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashley Cook, and Catherine Cook, Sr.; his wife Kay Cook (Gay); and his siblings, Ashley Cook Jr. and Gene Pribula (Joe).
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Robbins (Randy) of Waverly, Joan Cook, William Cook Jr. (Janet) and Robert Cook (Andrea) of Milan, PA; his sister Joan Gillroy (Ned); his grandchildren, Todd, Amanda, Randy Jr., Shaylynne Robbins, Michelle, James Peters and Ryan Cook; and his close friends, David and Betty Blair of Waverly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
