He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Chandler and Phyllis Estelle Chandler. He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Chandler (Ruth) of Lowman and Jason Chandler of Huntington Beach, CA; his brothers, Joseph Chandler (Marcia) of Chemung and William Chandler (Debra) of Chemung; and his grandchildren, Rye Lynn, Bianca, Kristin and John. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
