He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Mack and Irene Smith Mack; and his siblings, Ron, Jack, Roger "Butch", Pearlie Link, Lois Dennis and Jan Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Hafer Mack; his brother Greg Mack (Gloria) of Waverly; and his siblings-in-law, Florence Mack of Waverly and Frank Rogers of Owego. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
