He is survived by: his sons, Justin Lee Mack of Waverly, N. Y and Benjamin Stephen Mack of Waverly, N. Y; his daughter-in-law Stephenie Mack; his grandchildren, Camden, Skyler, Adalynne and Kathy Boehm; his siblings, Pamela Mack Kittle (Joseph) of Nichols, N. Y., Lori Mack of Milan and Gary Mack of Waverly, N. Y.; and his pets, Yogi Bear, Runt, Tara, Harry and Dolly. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
