She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Rosa Chilson Lee; her husband Kenneth Shipman; her siblings, Genevieve Clark (Elmer), Eugenia Lee, Mildred Brown (Warren), Beatrice Simons (Albert), Anna Cole, Bob Lee, Cameron Lee, Jacob Lee, Clayton Lee, Perry Lee and Joseph Lee; and her son-in-law Robert Delp.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Shipman (Denise) of Waverly, Wayne Shipman (Barb) of Waverly, Cindy Stevens (Leon) of Waverly, Beverly Randall (Myron) of Barton, Keith Shipman (Misty) of Waverly and Leo Shipman (April) of Waverly; her sister Susan Comstock (Richard) of Wellsburg; and her sister-in-law Grace Lee. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
