He is survived by: his children, Anthony Fluck and Brittany Sloat; his wife Patty Fluck; his parents, Kenneth Fluck and Shirley Smith (James); and his siblings, Megan Fluck, Amber Flenner (Jason), Jennifer Klinger (Jody), Lorrie Rauch (John), Lisa Powell (James), Ryan Fluck, Larry Kleppinger, Matthew Duffy and Jason Owens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
