He is survived by: his daughter Donna Kelsey (William) of Elmira; his grandchildren, Joshua, William and Westley; his great grandchildren, Haleigh, Lillyana, Brynlee Elaine and Violia; his brother David Chamberlain (Sandy) of Athens; and his close friends, Tom and Beth Mattison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
