He was predeceased by: his parent Lacey Bertha Hodge Decker; his wife Susan Ann Brant Decker; his sons, Francis Brant and Samuel Decker; and his brothers, Chub Decker, John Decker, Don Decker Sr. and Roy Decker.
He is survived by: his children, Judith Slauyter of Canada, Susan Horvath of Canada, Robert Decker II of Canada and Timothy Decker of Waverly; and his siblings, Raymond Decker of Elmira, Ann Mitchell and Alice Moore. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
