He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ward Simmons (Mary); his children, Daniel Brown (Denise) of Guilderland, NY, Robert "Bobby" Simmons (Kristy Fisher) of Waverly, NY, Cindy Wilson (Ken) of Heath Springs, SC, Cathy Dodge (Leonard) of Spencer, NY and Robin Jilson (Kirt) of Davidson, NC; his sister Roberta Hollenbeck of Waverly; and his daughter-in-law Pauline Steel Brown. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
