He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald B. Herman and Margaret Stoll; and his brother Gerald Rice. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Rice (Sue), Robert Rice, Pamela Hakes, TJ Rice, Robin Condame and Cindy Dwornik (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
