He is survived by: his parents, Kerri Hazen (Alex Bryden) of Waverly, NY and Seth Hazen (Melissa) of Palatka, FL; his brother Jacob Hazen of Palatka, FL; his great-grandparent Margaret Dolly of Zephyrhills, FL; his grandparents, Brenda Dolly of Sayre, PA, Sandra Hazen and Scott Hazen; his stepsiblings, Rakim Coleman, Rakaela Coleman and Brianna O'Malley; his brothers-in-law, Erik Kreamer and Cory Brown; his aunts, Jane VanHagen, Sarah Hazen, Jessica Necci, Rebecca Hazen and Molly Hazen; and his cousin Bree Kinsey.
