He is survived by: his wife Helen Brown McNeal of Waverly; his children, Laurie Jacobs (Eric) of Jacksonville, FL and David McNeal (Sarah Cornish) of Lockwood; his grandsons, Brian McNeal and Logan Jacobs of Jacksonville, FL; his sister-in-law Judy Brown of Horseheads; and his aunt Anna Miller of Randolph, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
