He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Keiffer Campbell. He is survived by: his father James Campbell; his wife Billie Jo Crain Campbell; his children, Jessica Campbell (George Smith), James Campbell (Lisa Dungey) and Allan Stephenson, Jr. (Ashley); his grandchildren, Alexie Johnson, Max Johnson, Jayden Washington, Cameron Washington, Victor Campbell and Hunter Stephenson; and his aunt Susan Read (Chris).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kevin's name to Guthrie-Lourdes Hospice, 169 Riverside Drive, Binghamton, NY 13905.
