He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Garrity and June Garrity; his grandson Austin Howard; his son-in-law Marco Liberta; and his brothers, Russ and Bill.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eddie, Margaret and Wes; his daughters, Stacy Garrity (Dan Gizzi) of Athens, PA, Maureen Howard (Frank) of Papillion, NE, Paige Evans (Mark) of Sugar Land, TX and Jennifer Liberta of Sugar Land, TX; his grandchildren, Alex, Emily, Jordan, Amanda and Beau; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Abby, Eli, Wyatt, Luke, Adi, Gabe, Ellie, Cooper and Hallie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Blauvelt Funeral Home (625 Broad St, Waverly, NY 14892). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
