As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Helen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Brown and Dora Besley Brown; her husband Lawrence McNeal; and her brother Herman Brown, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Jacobs (Eric) of Jacksonville, FL and David McNeal (Sarah Cornish) of Lockwood; her grandchildren, Brian McNeal and Logan Jacobs of Jacksonville, FL; and her sister-in-law Judy Brown of Horseheads. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blauvelt Funeral Home (625 Broad St, Waverly, NY 14892). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
