He was predeceased by: his father Gerald VanDyke Jr. Erok; and his brother-in-law John Lombardo. He is survived by: his mother Paula Brown VanDyke; his wife Chelsea Bloss VanDyke; his children, Trent, Gideon and Keira VanDyke; his siblings, Tre VanDyke (Lisa), David VanDyke, Jason VanDyke (Roselyn), Michael VanDyke, Elizabeth Rice (Mark) and Jennifer Lombardo; his siblings-in-law, Dustin Bloss and Andrea "Peanut" Richardson (Bryan "Ted"); his parents-in-law, Teresa and Dan Bloss; and his grandfather-in-law Jane Foley. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
