She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymund Langeland and Delma Zaner Langeland; and her siblings, Alyce Cooke, Sandra Graham and Edward "Butch" Langeland.

She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Benson, Alan Benson (Linda) and Craig Benson of Binghamton; and her siblings, Harold Langeland of Gillett and Nancy Cain (Jerry) of Sayre. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
