She is survived by: her children, Michael MacNeal of Caton, NY, Jennifer Horton (Todd) of Athens, PA and Jyl Fletcher (Gabe) of Vestal, NY; her siblings, William Smith (Kathy) of New Albany, PA, Linda Westbrook (Gary) of Lockwood, NY, John Smith (Kasey) of New Albany, PA and Susan Smith Martin of Dallastown, PA; and her grandchildren, Michael MacNeal, Shelby MacNeal, Haylie Horton, Tyler Horton, Kayla Fletcher and Alana Fletcher. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
