She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Delles and Ruby Cleversy; her brothers, David and Earl Delles; and her half-sister Dee Lynd.

She is survived by: her children, Rickey Smith Jr. of Waverly, Pamela Copp (Ron) of Newport News, VA and James Smith (Amber) of Conover, NC; and her siblings, Deborah Van Riper (William) of Lowman, Paddy Seymour of Elmira Heights and Douglas Delles (Rainey) of Buffalo. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
