It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lee Rumsey of Waverly, New York, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude H. Rumsey and Lula Lattimer Rumsey; and her siblings, Hazel McLean and Donald Rumsey. She is survived by: her children, Stacey Thorp (Vince) of Waverly and Leigh Ramsey (Jennifer) of Waverly; her brother-in-law Mike McLean of Rome, NY; her siblings, Judy Harbst (Charles) and Claude Rumsey (Jan); her grandchildren, Megan, Derek Thorp, Kateylne and Jordan Ramsey; her brother Noah Hughes; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Campbell and Dominic Carrington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
