He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Westbrook II and Mary Blake. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Westbrook of Waverly and Denise Westbrook of Waverly; his nieces, Abigail Westbrook, Breanna Westbrook of Waverly and Searra Mincher of Westbrook; his nephew Dylan Wood of Waverly; and his friend Aussie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
