We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2021, Candice A. Stilson of Waverly, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Clifford and Dawn Meade Spencer; and her cousin Bonnie Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Gary Stilson of Waverly; her children, Tabatha Hughes (Larry), Scott Miller (Kim) and Shannon Gilstrap (Bryson); and her siblings, Cliff Spencer (Kathy) of Athens, Cindy Barrett (Jim) of Waverly and Craig Spencer (Sandy) of Waverly. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; her four legged companion; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
