She is survived by: her children, Jacob S. "JJ" Burkhart (Suzanne Chandler) of Waverly, Shelly Klym (Tim) of Apalachin and Jeanne Hoagland (Michael) of Waverly; her son-in-law Bips Mattison of Waverly; her siblings, Joseph Pivovarnick (Kathleen) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Barbara Gilbride of Scranton, PA, Susan Miller (Charles) of Monroeton, PA and Diana Jacobe (Jude) of Windham, ME; and her grandchildren, Chrissy Bostwick (Jeff), Lisa McEwen (Neal), Jacob Burkhart (Jenn), Jeanneane Burkhart, Danielle Burkhart, Austin Burkhart, Nathan Klym and Andrew Klym. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
