She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Simons and Edna Yaple Simons; her husband David Sampson; and her siblings, Catherine Stokoski, Kenneth Simons, Marion Simons, Edward Simons, Lillian Simons, Margaret Spencer and Charles Simons.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Sampson of Waverly, Brenda Mavor (Scott), Gail Sampson of Sayre, Cindy Hill (Tim) and Tom Sampson (Marjorie) of Waverly; her brother James Simons of Waverly; and her grandchildren, Martin, Jeffrey, Rebecca, Chance, Patience, August, Levi, Zach, David and Grace. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
