He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Shelly Covert of Trumansburg; his brother William Covert of Corning; his grandchildren, Vanessa Covert, Valerie Covert-Knight (Thomas Knight) and Ethan Covert; and his great grandchild Logan Knight.
