He is survived by: his wife Barbara Osborne VanHorn; his children, Mark Alan VanHorn (Michal Bomboy) and Karen Sue VanHorn (Kevin Dobell Sr.); his brothers, Harry Van Horn (Sandy) and Franklin Van Horn (Marcia); his sister-in-law Terry VanHorn; his grandchildren, Nicole Freeman Wu (Luc Wu), Karrisa Stutzman and Justin Stutzman; and his great grandchild Evelyn Wu. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
